To make about 28 Tibetan meat Momos you need these:
4oo gr. white flour, 3 dl.water
(bit of baking soda If you like ? )
400 gr. ground beef or lamb or pork, One big onions, or some spring onions
1 tea spoon salt, 1 table spoon soy sauce,
a little bit of green cabbage or spinach if you like and
1/3 tea spoon black pepper and mix 2 dl.water.
